    Wakaf tunai produktif di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Al-Rifa'ie

    Wakaf adalah suatu ibadah yang dianjurkan terhadapat umat muslim. Pahala orang berwakaf terus mengalir sekalipun orangnya telah meninggal dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai bagaimana implementasi wakaf produktif yang ada di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Al-Rifa’ie, serta kepada siapa hasil wakaf didistribusikan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan dekskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang dipakai pada pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah wakaf yang ada di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Al-Rifa’ie menggunakan Bus Parawisata. Sumber dana wakaf diperoleh melalui orang tua santri, masyarakat sekitar pesantren, dan masyarakat umum. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Bus Parawisata didistribusikan kepada santri Al-Rifa’ie yang dikategorikan sebagai yatim piatu, serta santri yang kurang mampu. Jumlah santri yang mendapat hasil wakaf adalah 18 orang. nominal yang diterima santri sebesar Rp 500.000/bulan. Pengelolaan wakaf produktif yang ada di Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Al-Rifa’ie masih mengelola sendiri dan belum masuk pada lembaga yang berwenang yaitu Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI). Maka dari itu BMT tersebut dianjurkan untuk bergabung dalam lembaga BWI guna untuk memprodukifkan produk BMT

    This study aims to determine the influence of competence, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating competence and self-efficacy on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. This study's population were CV Dan Cell employees, which amounted to 345. The sample in this study was taken using a simple random sampling technique, calculated using the Slovin formula to produce as many as 78 respondents. Data were collected by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that competence had a significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy had a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction could not mediate the relationship between competence and employee performance, job satisfaction could mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance, and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performanc

    Factors affecting innovative work behavior: mediating role of knowledge sharing and job crafting

    This study aimed to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior and the effect of knowledge sharing on job crafting. Furthermore, the roles of knowledge sharing as a mediator for the impact of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior, and job crafting as a mediator for the relationship between variables, were also examined. This research employed quantitative analysis, including the PLS-SEM approach; SMART-PLS, a measurement and structural equation model was employed to explain the relationship between variables, and the effect of mediation. The population study consisted of all lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics and Business at the PTKIN in East Java, Indonesia, comprising 220 randomly-selected samples. The result showed spiritual leadership does not directly influence innovative work behavior, while knowledge sharing directly affects job crafting. The findings indicated knowledge sharing mediates the impact of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior, and the role of job crafting as a mediator for the relationship between variables was accepted. Therefore, this research confirms a positive influence of knowledge sharing on job crafting, and indicates both factors play an important role in mediating between variables, and are important for lecturers’ innovative work behavior

    Positive emotion in Muslim fashion mediating the impact of Islamic promotion and hedonic motivation on impulse buying

    This study tries to comprehend how positive emotions in Muslim fashion products act as a mediator between the impression of Islamic promotion and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying. This research focuses on Generation Z consumers in Banyuwangi Regency who have shopped at e-commerce. Explanatory research using a quantitative methodology is this kind of research. With a total of 100 respondents, the slovin approach, a purposive sample technique, was utilized as the sampling method. An online survey with a Likert scale of 1–4 was used as the data source. The analysis method includes using SPSS for assumptions test, determinant coefficient, path analysis, and testing hypotheses. The findings of this study demonstrated that the direct influence between Islamic promotion and hedonic shopping motivation had a substantial impact on positive emotions. Islamic promotion, hedonic shopping motivation, and positive emotions have a substantial impact on impulsive buying. Positive emotions mediated the impact of Islamic promotion on impulsive buying, but diverse positive emotion outcomes are unable to mediate the relationship between hedonistic shopping motivation and impulsive buying

    This study aimed to investigate the effects of leadership styles on counterproductive work behavior, quality of working life, and psychological empowerment. The target population was employees in SOE Islamic banks in Malang Raya, Indonesia. A proportional random sampling was used to obtain a sample size of 160 from the 310 bank employees. SEM-PLS, a measurement and structural equation model was employed to explain the relationship between variables. The results showed that transformational leadership could reduce employee counterproductive work behavior through quality of work-life, while transactional leadership increases this behavior. Furthermore, the quality of work-life cannot mediate the effect of transactional leadership on counterproductive work behavior, while psychological empowerment cannot moderate the impact of transformational leadership on quality of work-life

    The research conducted aims to determine the production process of BIOFIR bottled water in UD. Sumber Mubarokah Sidoarjo is reviewed from the principles of Islamic production and the implementation of the Islamic economic system regarding the basic and instrumental values of Islamic economics. Research methods used in research conducted on UD. Sumber Mubarokah Sidoarjo uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of case study research on objects. The data collection techniques are through interviews with informants, both in person and online media, direct observation at the informant's place, documentation in the form of photos related to drinking water production business activities carried out by UD. Sumber Mubarokah Sidoarjo as complementary evidence in the research, and triangulation of the methods used by researchers to unearth the truth of business owner informants. The results of the research obtained in this study are the production process of BIOFIR bottled drinking water at UD. Sumber Mubarokah Sidoarjo has been quite good and meets the provisions of production in an Islamic manner. Other results show that Islamic principles of production have been applied and the basic and instrumental values of Islamic economics have been applied to the factors of production

    Leadership styles as a predictor of the voluntary work behaviors of bank employees

    This study aims to expand the literature on Transformational Leadership (TL) and Job Satisfaction (JS) to explain Voluntary Work Behavior. Two important aspect of the quality of human resources that have significant implications on organizational performance are Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB). The mechanism to determine the moderation effect of emotional intelligence on the proposed theoretical model is also evaluated. The sample consist of 140 employees of PT Bank Syariah as a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in Malang. The results show that TL and JS contribute significantly to Voluntary Work Behavior. The findings show that TL can increase OCB, while in contrast it can reduce CWB. The result also show that job satisfaction mediated the relationship between TL and OCB.
